Join us July 3rd for a special curated menu inspired by the birth of our country, its origins, and cultural influence. Four courses paired with four hand-selected American wines, built for the occasion and reserved first for you. Three of the four wines are exclusive to this dinner and will not appear on our regular list. The menu includes an American take on an English classic: Beef Wellington, and a pan-fried sea bass over sauce americaine, a sauce created by a French chef who was inspired by his time spent cooking in our very own Chicago.
